What it does
Shopify gives you company profiles and net payment terms. It does not give you credit control, a receivables view, or real collections. That is the gap CreditDesk fills.
Give every company a limit and let checkout enforce it. A Shopify Function reads the limit at checkout, so over-limit and on-hold accounts are stopped before the order exists — and it fails open, so a sync hiccup never blocks a good sale.

How it works
We pull your last 12 months of net-terms orders straight from Shopify. The aging dashboard is populated within minutes — no spreadsheets, no CSV imports.
We suggest a limit per company from their trailing 90-day purchases. Start in warn mode to see what would be blocked, then switch enforcement on when the numbers look right.
Reminders go out on your schedule and stop the moment an invoice is paid. Quiet hours, per-company pauses, and a full audit trail of every email are built in.
Principles
We never mint our own invoice numbers. An invoice is your order's payment schedule; we read it, compute on top of it, and write back only metafields. Uninstall and your data is unchanged.
Pay links resolve to Shopify Checkout, so Shopify Payments keeps working and no card or bank details ever reach our servers. Funds go buyer to you, directly.
Every buyer email is sent as your business with your address as reply-to. Your customers are being asked to pay you, so they should only ever hear from you.
Pricing
Other tools cap you at 5 or 50 invoices a month. We do not count them at all — send as many reminders as your receivables need.
